Accountable for the overall instructional and academic excellence of the Estate Planning graduate and designation courses. Ensures the quality and integrity of the program(s) at the College.
Serves as full-time faculty teaching live and online graduate-level courses related to the financial services industry.
Research and develop curriculum in area of subject matter expertise (estate planning).
Responsible for ensuring course quality, timeliness, and accuracy in all courses taught.
Performs peer reviews on colleagues' courses within area of subject matter expertise.
Develops curriculum for masters and designation programs that is deliverable in a variety formats, including synchronous and asynchronous classroom environment, printed text, and recorded video.
Develops and maintains strong relationships by serving on various academic and College committees.
JD or equivalent degree
Expertise in one or more of the following: retirement, taxes, estate planning.
Excellent, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate effectively with diverse constituencies, including students, faculty, employees, and external parties.
Ability to demonstrate a high level of problem solving and decision making abilities to respond to student issues and concerns, assess student work, and facilitate the learning experience.
Ability to convey a professional image and effectively represent the College as appropriate in its relationship with the community.
Excellent qualitative and research skills.
