Overview

The team is seeking an experienced consultative leader to achieve client satisfaction, manage expectations and ensure that the work (analysis of KPIs, testing, research, etc.) is on strategy, on time, professional and within budget.

The idea candidate will have experience achieving objectives with maintaining high-level relationships. This role serves the clients or RAS (Reporting and Analytics Services).

Responsibilities

  • Develops, executes and maintains the client services plan to assure Reporting and Analytics Service’s goals are achieved in a timely and professional manner

  • Assumes primary responsibility for prioritizing top projects considering their value proposition along with time and effort required. Obtain input from leadership to help inform the prioritization process

  • Prepares reports and provides analysis and recommendations on client’s overall department performance

  • Works jointly on the development of operational reporting and analytics solutions that drive the client’s strategy, maintain day-to-day performance, and/or supports new projects and initiatives. Additionally, contributes to final RAS deliverables and work product by performing quality reviews, assisting with creating work summaries, and presenting final results to client, when appropriate

  • Initiates, maintains and develops positive working relationships with associates and clients to ensure continued commitment and responsiveness

  • Partners with management team to align resources and systems enabling the business to achieve its objectives

  • Contributes to the overall growth of the company through the exploration of potential products and services by keeping abreast of state of the art technology and trends in the marketplace

  • Communicates client reporting and analytics service challenges and opportunities back to the leaders of the reporting and analytics team

  • Represents RAS in various VP Staff meetings (StAS, Enrollment Service, Contact Center) in order to stay current on the key topics, department strategy, mission-critical projects, and upcoming initiatives for the purpose of offering recommendations, updates, input, and support as appropriate

  • Consults with the business by offering vision and ideas to project teams on how RAS can add optimal value to the project, thereby helping shape project plans and bring project milestones to fruition

  • Mentors staff within the RAS community as appropriate to help make them more effective in their current roles, as well as prepare them for a future role in Client Services (if applicable)

  • Performs other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent

  • 5+ years of experience in descriptive analysis supporting business operations

  • Knowledge of business metrics/scorecards, campaign analysis, modeling applications, forecasting & financial calculations (ROI), customer valuation, etc.

Additional Qualifications

  • The ability to build a wide range of relationships quickly, at all levels, but particularly with senior executives

  • Strong internal consulting skills and ability to champion change and drive organization improvement required.

  • Strong analytical approach to problem solving, process improvement, attention to detail, excellent follow-up and communication skills
